I'm going to miss you guys a lot. I'm going to miss the LOTR sisters. All of them! The original ones, like Avi and Ivy, and the newly adopted ones, like Michelle and angelaeryn. How many new ones will there be when I check back in the end of August?
Will Samantha find any true Tolkien fans at her new school? Will all the stupid people stop being so mean to the sweetest Elf in earth and Middle-Earth, Ivy? What will Sauron and Spunky buy for the baby shower? Will Avi find a computer from where she can update more often? Will Sally triumph over the squirrels? Who will end up getting Billy Boyd, Tiffany or peregrintook? Speaking of Pippin, will pure-milk ever update him? What about Frodo? Will Legolas and Figwit reconcile? Did Brenda have fun with her surprise guests? Will anyone give Rae the respect she deserves? Will lotrfan add more secret diaries, because they really ARE funny? By August, how many more forks will she have stolen? How will things go between carabeara and Jay and Nick? Will Lady Greenleaf invent tampons for a dog in heat? How was prom for Georgie and Laura and molkolover? Will nisshoku make any more tiara/crowns? Will enchantia let me copy her Diary of Galadriel to send to my sisters?
Will vitamin-c ever update? What about Emily? And Clair?
Now for the non-LOTR sisters... How was Marissa's trip to France? How will things wind up between Amanda and Ryan and Adam? Will Katy like her new job? Will things work out between Sarah and Christy? Will Mel write any more on her romance novel, and how will her preparations go for Simon's Rock? What will be the other 20 psychological things about Jess? Will hodgson lose his hard-earned driver's license? How will Kehla's move go, and her unbelievably busy month? What will punkmoulin think of to end her entries, now that she can no longer use "Keep it elvish"? Will epiphany find a semi-normal roommate? Will there be any more amazing coincidences like that with armoredbear? (I added him as a favorite -- I found him because of the name, he was on the most recently added diaries -- and it turns out I know him in real life. I'm still reeling from the shock.)
In short -- you are all special and unique people with real lives. I'm going to miss reading about them all summer long.

P.S. For those of you who are not on the notify list (that is, everyone except these five wonderful people), you can check back for updates on July 13th or 14th, and then sometime between August 3rd and 10th, and then in the end of August I'll be home for good.
